Ordering
Is the pipe from the photos and videos the pipe I am buying?
Sure, you will receive exactly that pipe.

 

How can i pay?

-Payment is via PayPal

How long will it take?
The majority of the products listed on the DS Djuragin pipes website will be in stock when your order is placed. We aim to despatch the items held in stock within 2 working days from receipt of your order. 
Please contact us for any product details or questions.



How will I know that my order has been received?
As soon as you place your order, an automatic e-mail response will be generated and sent to you. This will notify you and confirm your order number. Please keep this e-mail in a safe place.
After we send the package, we send you a tracking code with a tracking link.

Do you sell other brands of pipes?
We are pipemakers and sell only our brand. Our pipes are new and unsmoked.

Missing package
If there is any doubt that your package was lost in transport, please contact us by email.

Prices
At all times we will display accurate prices for our products at www.dsdjuraginpipes.com for pipes that are available, but prices are subject to change without notice. Invoices and refunds are in Euros.


Customs and Duty
Customs and duty charges are Country specific and the responsability of the buyer.
It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of and pay for any taxes or duty that is due on their order. DS Djuragin pipes cannot and will not be liable for and taxes or duty. If you refuse delivery of the package, it may or may not get sent back to us (we have no way to control this).

Shipping cost
The package is sent by registered mail and the delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks.
- The cost of sending packages is 10 Euros for any country in the world. There is a delivery problem for some countries so I would let you know if there is a problem.
- Shipping is free for orders over 500 Euro

Returns Policy
What if the pipe is damaged in transit?
Please contact us via email immediately upon receipt of the damaged package and send us pictures of the damage. We will then decide on the best action to take to ensure that you receive your replacement goods quickly and safely. This will not affect your statutory rights.

What if I am not satisfied with the goods I received?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the products you have received please contact us by e-mail  immediately upon receipt of your order, and describe the problem with the goods received. We operate a flexible and customer-friendly returns policy, but do require that the complaint is received and the goods returned within 7 days from receipt of goods (pipes have to be unsmoked and with the original packaging). 

After receiving the returned package, the money will be refunded to you. The cost of returning the package is paid by the buyer.

Data Protection
DS Djuragin pipes will take all reasonable precautions to keep your order and payment details secure.

We will not give any information you provide to send the package to anyone or use it for any other purpose.
